General conditions
Every customer is expected to acknowledge, accept and comply with our general sales and payment terms and conditions, even if purchase conditions are applicable, unless agreed differently in advance and by written means. Every customer can choose from 4 different languages for processing his/her order namely: Dutch, French, German and English. The language you choose will be used the processing of your transaction. To place an order on this website you must be 18 years or older.

Orders
Orders are accepted and processed as per our abilities and availabilities. The customer can obtain a written order confirmation on request. Ordered goods cannot be cancelled. Goods are sold and considered as accepted in our offices and warehouses, regardless of place, means or conditions of the delivery. Any costs made for shipment will be borne by the customer.
Prices, delivery terms , transport and property rights
Prices listed on our website are contractual, unless in the event of force majeure.
The prices on our website will always be indicated whether they are VAT inclusive or VAT exclusive. Billing will always be VAT inclusive except in case of customers with a valid VAT number outside of Belgium. In this last case the customer is not subject to VAT. BazarApart does not ship goods outside the EU.
Delivery terms are strictly indicative. If ordered goods have not been delivered after more than 2 months since the order was placed, the customer has the right to cancel the respective order by written means.
Unless provided otherwise, import duties, taxes and shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Any delivered goods remain property of the seller until full payment of the respective due invoices.
When you place an order and choose to pick up your order in our store, you will be deemed to pick up your order within a period of 2 months. This period starts from the moment that all ordered products are available in our store. We will send you an email once your order is complete and ready for pickup.

We can only ship your order once it is paid in full.
If you do not pick up or pay your order within the term of 2 months, we have the right to put your ordered products back in stock as well as to cancel your order.
Right of withdrawal
According to the European right of withdrawal the consumer has the right to communicate a renunciation of a purchase, without payment of any fees or communication of any justification, within 14 days following the day of reception of the ordered goods.
When the revoking of your order happens within 14 days, you will get the complete order value refunded.
Only the shipping costs for return are for your account.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to custom made products for the customer, or to products that are clearly intended for a specific person.
Nor is the European right of withdrawal applicable to corporate customers.
Return conditions
To be able to appeal to the right of withdrawal your returned goods must not show any traces of wear. In case of wear we cannot take the goods back.
Received products may only be viewed as would happen in a normal store. If you do install or use the products, it means you accept the products.
I you appeal to the right of withdrawal, you are obligated to return the purchased goods in the original packaging within the 14 days after the communication of withdrawal.
Method of withdrawal and return
Follow the steps below if you wish to revoke and return your order:
- Inform us with the standard form for withdrawal that you want return your purchased goods, and this within 14 days following the day of reception of the ordered goods. You can download the form via the link below:

You are not obligated to use the standard form for withdrawal, you can also inform us of you request for withdrawal via mail.
- We check whether your products comply with the conditions of return and inform you of our decision. The shipping costs are always borne by you, the customer.
- You let the ordered goods be delivered at your cost and risk to the following return address:

Belgium - When we receive the returned products, we will check whether they comply with the conditions of return.
- If the products comply with the conditions of return, you will get the complete order value (charges included) refunded.
- If the products do not comply with the conditions of return, they remain your property and you have to pick them up within 2 weeks. If desired, we can return the products at your expense.
Complaints
Every complaint needs to be addressed to us within 3 business days after delivery. After this term, the delivered goods will be considered as accepted. Packaging materials must be preserved for inspection. In the event of the customer’s refusal to accept the goods, they will be stored at the expense and risk of the customer, until full payment.
Within 5 working days the customer receives a term in which he/she will receive a proposal for resolution of the dispute of the seller.
Payment conditions
Our invoices are pre-payable to our account number IBAN BE80 2300 0074 2977 - BIC GEBABEBB, or on pick-up at our store in Aarschot.
Non-payment of an invoice after expiry date implicates immediate collectability of any invoices and cancellation of any orders in progress.
Every unpaid invoice from the expiry date onwards activates conventional due interest rates at 10% per annum. Additionally, a conventional fee of 10% of the total invoice amount is demandable by the seller. In the event of disputes, cases will be brought only to courts in the jurisdiction of Leuven (Belgium).
Warranty
The warranty period is by default 2 years for all our products unless specified otherwise.
Warranty for visual lacks or shortages is void from the date of acceptance of the goods in our shop. For hidden lacks or shortage, warranty is sustained only following written complaints sent to us within 8 days after delivery. Warranty is limited to the replacement by equal or equally valued goods, and all additional costs such as transportation and insurance will remain at the customer’s expense. Warranty is void if included maintenance instructions and manuals were not followed, in the event of misuse, or in the event of alterations by the customer or third parties without the seller’s prior consent and approval.
The seller can never be held responsible or liable for non-written statements.
The seller cannot be held responsible for damage to goods.
All returned products must be 100% complete; must contain all original packaging, all original manuals and additional accessories supplied with the product.
Privacy policy
BazarApart BVBA respects the protection of personal data and the personal privacy.
All data collected on this website, is only used for the improvement of our products and services. They are under no circumstances passed on, sold or rented to third parties.
