In 2018 Ina De Quint started her company 'Captain Cork’, her father, Erwin De Quint, (the captain) is the great inspiration behind all of it. After her fathers death, Ina had only one goal, to continue the sustainable dream that her ecologically minded father had. His love for Portugal, people and animals. His wish for a better, fairer and greener world for his children became her wish.
That’s how she came up with the idea to make products out of 100% cork, ecological and durable materials.
All of the products are made with care and love in Portuguese workshops. An animal-friendly, sustainable and ecological alternative to leather goods.
